The Villa can be converted into two independent two-bedroom villas, each with its own living room and kitchen and two bathrooms, simply by shutting an internal double safety door. This is an ideal solution for two families going on holidays together, but still seeking autonomy.
The living rooms are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into double beds to sleep up to 4 extra persons. All have HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners, the use of which are included in the price.
In each part of the villa, the living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Upper-floor living rooms have wide verandas overlooking the patio and beautiful sea-views. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.
The Villa has two bedrooms with double bed and two with twin beds. The brand-new mattresses provide maximum comfort. Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge.
The villa has modern design bathrooms on each floor, two bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi, one with shower and one with bathtub.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaners room, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
