If the client cancels the booking, the following charges are due:

- 6 weeks or more prior to departure: Deposit only.

- 3-6 weeks prior to departure: 50% of rate.

- 1-3 weeks prior to departure: 75% of rate.

- 0-1 week prior to departure or no show : 100% of rate

- No charge when replacement found by client.

- Payments can be made by money transfer or by credit card.

    Primal-Res Booking Service has been developed and is operated by Primal Consulting. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the hotels that participate in the Primal Res Network. Our purpose is to connect users with participating hotels through the Primal Res Interface and acting only as intermediates.

    Primal-Res is a booking interface connecting users and potential clients to hotels. All information is provided by the participating hotels and we cannot be held responsible in case of inaccurate or not up – to – date information.

    Personal and credit card details are not held or handled by us. All Primal Res users are re-directed to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL 256) payment system, where they are asked to enter their credit card details. We are registered in Greece and we act according to the Greek Law.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
